ISEMECO 3D D9 Skin Image Analyzer as a new generation, built-in ‘binocular grating structured light’ equipped with an exclusive 3D imaging system, the effective pixels of the whole face upgraded to 36 million, ultra-high-definition spectral image, the real presentation of the skin problems, to provide doctors with scientific and accurate diagnostic basis.

■ More accurate 3D modeling

On the basis of 0.2mm high-precision 3D full-face image modeling, D9 adopts 0.1mm high-precision fully-automatic external scanning device, which can obtain 180° full-face 3D image in one shot without adjusting the shooting position several times.

Meanwhile, D9 iteratively innovates the image algorithm. The analyzer optimizes and upgrades the algorithms for near-infrared images, red zone images, brown zone images, red zone heat and brown zone heat maps respectively. It makes the symptom extraction algorithm more accurate and the symptom presentation more clear and natural.

The algorithm upgrades the classification of facial sensitivity and brown spot symptoms into 3 grades: mild, moderate and severe. Different colors are used to mark the symptom points of different severity of sensitivity/brown spots in the detection area in different degrees of severity, and the detection data, area and area percentage of the 3 grades are given respectively.
This function improves the accuracy of detection of symptoms of sensitivity and discoloration type, as well as the improvement of the effect before and after the care, and the data is presented more accurately.

■More specialized assessment of aging grades

D9 is graded for different areas to accurately quantify the degree of aging and tap into facial anti-aging needs. Facial wrinkles are categorized into seven zones: head lines, frown lines, lines between the eyes, crow’s feet, periorbital lines, legal order lines, and corners of the mouth. Each regional wrinkle is further subdivided into four grades: skin lines, shallow wrinkles, moderate wrinkles, and deep wrinkles for aging analysis.
Using AI deep learning, by analyzing different types of wrinkles (skin lines, shallow wrinkles, medium wrinkles, and deep wrinkles), the relationship between the number of changes, the degree of aging in the region is derived – from level 0 (no wrinkles) to level 8 (the most severe wrinkles), with a total of 9 levels. For pigmentation changes, the focus was on changes in brown spots, which were also categorized into (0-8) 9 levels.
