01 Skin sensitivity

Sensitive skin is a kind of problematic skin, and there may be sensitive skin in any skin type. Just like all kinds of skin may have aging skin, acne skin, etc. Sensitive muscles are mainly divided into congenital and acquired ones. Congenital sensitive muscles are thin epidermis, obvious blood vessels in the dermis, and easily congested and swollen cheeks. The acquired sensitive muscles are caused by excessive stress, abnormal daily life, environmental pollution or excessive application of acid maintenance products.

02 Symptoms of sensitive skin

The skin is thin, capillaries are easily visible, and there are red filaments. ‘The skin is prone to uneven flushing; The pores are fine and even tight; The skin is dry and dehydrated. Sensitive skin is very fragile skin. Whether it is skin care or makeup, it will cause blushing and tingling on the face if you are not careful.

03 Causes of allergy

1. Excessive cleaning: under normal circumstances, it is enough to wash your face twice a day with facial cleanser. At the same time, do not wash your face with various oil-absorbing facial papers and hand soap. If you use it too often, your skin will become sensitive due to excessive cleaning.

2. Excessive skin care: pay attention to the proper amount of skin care, and do not use too many skin care products with complex ingredients and multiple effects, otherwise it will stimulate the face skin and cause the skin to form sensitive skin.

3. Poor moisturizing: if the skin is not well moisturized after skin care, it will lead to the rapid loss of skin moisture, and the skin will be more prone to water shortage. Over time, the skin will form sensitive skin.

4. Fruit acid whitening: Fruit acid is a common whitening method. It makes the skin look tender and white by peeling off the cuticle, but the cuticle is a protective film to protect the skin from external stimuli. Without this layer of protection, the skin will become more sensitive.

5. Internal cause plus external cause: the internal cause is the skin’s own dysfunction and endocrine disorder, and the external cause is the invasion and stimulation of dust, bacteria, food, drugs and other four major allergens.

Sensitive muscle characteristics

1. It seems that the skin is thin and allergic, and the red blood on the face is obvious (dilated capillaries).

2. The skin is prone to redness and fever due to temperature changes.

3. It is easy to be affected by environmental factors (contact sensitive muscle, redness sensitive muscle, stress sensitive muscle), seasonal changes and stimulation of facial care products, which are usually attributed to genetic factors, but more often due to the use of hormonal cosmetics leading to sensitive skin, which may be accompanied by systemic skin sensitivity.
